At The CAN. Syndicate, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns must be requested within the 14-day return period.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a wrong size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For eligible faulty or incorrect items, CAN Syndicate will arrange the return.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@cansyndicate.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item will need to be returned before a refund is processed.
For faulty items, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item.
5. Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit
Refunds, exchanges and store credit may be offered depending on the circumstances of the return.
The available resolution will be determined based on the reason for the return and the condition of the item.
6. Sale Items
Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed where applicable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
