SHIPPING
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Standard shipping is $14 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 2–8 business days.
Express shipping is $22 AUD, with an estimated delivery time of 1–4 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on Australian domestic orders of $150 AUD or more.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes. Standard shipping to New Zealand is $20 AUD.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping is available to eligible destinations.
World Zone 1 shipping is $35 AUD and World Zone 2 shipping is $40 AUD.
Estimated international delivery is 6–27 business days.
Do you offer local delivery?
No. CAN Syndicate currently offers postage/shipping only and does not offer local delivery.
RETURNS
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a wrong size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For eligible faulty or incorrect items, CAN Syndicate will arrange the return.
What if I receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact orders@cansyndicate.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item will need to be returned before a refund is processed. For faulty items, CAN Syndicate will provide a full refund upon return of the item.
Can I return sale or final-sale items?
Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
Will I receive a refund, exchange or store credit?
Refunds, exchanges and store credit may be offered depending on the circumstances of the return.
How long does a refund take?
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
